Job Summary
Conduct customer service and safety management across park departments by engaging guests, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring a friendly experience. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays while sitting, standing, and moving around the park for extended periods. Lift up to 20 pounds and communicate effectively in a busy indoor setting. Apply to be considered for part-time opportunities in Front Desk or Membership Sales. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
