Job Summary
Monitor courts, operate café stations, host parties, and assist at the front desk while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Engage directly with park members and guests to provide a friendly, memorable experience. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays within operational hours. Perform duties requiring extended periods of sitting, standing, and moving around the park, with the ability to lift 20 pounds. Communicate effectively in a busy, loud indoor setting. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
