Job Summary
Conduct customer service and safety management across multiple departments including court monitoring, café operations, party hosting, and front desk duties. Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment while engaging with large groups of guests during flexible operational hours covering evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform physical tasks requiring prolonged standing, moving around the park, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Work part-time in CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone, the world's largest brand of indoor entertainment parks, where play is the profession.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
