Job Summary
Monitor court safety, serve café guests, host parties, handle front desk tasks, and process membership sales while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable experience. Schedule includes normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Must be 16 years or older, comfortable engaging with large groups, and able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods while lifting up to 20 pounds. Compensation starts at $11.00/hr and goes up to $12.00/hr based on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
