Job Summary
Monitor court areas, operate café stations, host parties, and manage front desk operations while ensuring a safe, healthy, and clean environment for guests. Provide friendly customer service and maintain park safety standards across multiple departments. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to sit, stand, and move around for long periods while lifting up to 20 pounds. Compensation ranges from $15-$16/hr. As the world's largest indoor entertainment park brand, we build cleaner, safer parks designed for families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
