Job Summary
Monitor court safety, serve café guests, host parties, and assist front desk and membership sales while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment for park members. Work closely with guests and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience across multiple departments. Schedule is flexible during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a requirement to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods while lifting up to 20 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
