Job Summary
Monitor court safety, serve café guests, host parties, and assist at the front desk and membership sales stations. Provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment for park members and colleagues. Work flexible schedules during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods. Lift up to 20 pounds and communicate effectively in a busy, loud indoor setting. Gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential skills in customer service, safety management, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
