Job Summary
Monitor court safety, manage café operations, host parties, and assist at front desk or membership sales stations while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment for guests. Provide friendly customer service and interact frequently with employees and customers in a busy indoor setting. Must be 16 years or older, able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds. Work a flexible schedule during operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $16.90/hr based on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
