Job Summary
Crew Member responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, taking and entering orders into the POS, up-selling and answering menu questions, handling payments with accurate change, assembling orders with condiments and service items, maintaining cleanliness of the sales area, dining room, beverage bar and restrooms, and performing other tasks as directed while representing Restaurant Management Corporation professionally. Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, possess a great attitude, be reliable, team-focused, friendly, and able to maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with sanitation policies; flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available.
