Crew Member responsibilities include greeting guests and taking orders, entering orders into the POS accurately, answering questions, suggesting add-ons, handling payments, assembling orders with correct condiments, ensuring guests receive quality products, maintaining a clean and organized service area, stocking beverages and dining areas, and adhering to sanitation and safety policies. The role requires a customer-service oriented mindset, good communication, reliability, teamwork, and a professional appearance.
