Job Summary
Crew Member at Sabrina’s Café responsible for preparing sandwiches, sides, drinks and supporting front- and back-of-house operations for a new sandwich concept. Duties include handling and preparing food per recipes and safety standards, packaging orders for takeout/delivery, assisting with beverage needs, coordinating with delivery drivers, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and stock, assisting with opening/closing duties, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive guest experience. Requires food service/restaurant experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and physical ability to stand and lift/move supplies. Required Qualifications
- Food service/fast casual or restaurant experience required.
- Line work including but not limited to sandwich preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to help wherever needed, both front and back of house
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed
- Have 1+ year restaurant experience
