Job Summary
Prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards while handling ingredients in strict compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety, security, and emergency procedures, and follow cost control guidelines to minimize restaurant expenses. Count register banks at the start and end of each shift, ensuring accurate cash handling. Work assigned stations with a fast speed of service, cleaning and stocking areas as needed. Contribute to the restaurant's success by consistently delivering Superstar Service and exceeding guest service guidelines during every shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual skills
- Previous cash handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal skills
- Ability to lift, pull and push minimum of 20 pounds up to 30 pounds
- Overhead lifting capability
- Ability to be on feet for duration of daily schedule
- Ability to walk medium distances, kneel, bend, stoop, grab, reach, pinch, fold and pick
- Vision ability to adjust focus
- Ability to wear safety equipment such as non-slip shoes, gloves and apron
- Ability to work around machinery producing heat
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
