Job Summary
Prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards while handling ingredients in strict compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. Maintain a safe environment by following safety, security, and emergency procedures, and adhere to cost control guidelines to minimize restaurant expenses. Count the register bank at the start and end of each shift, clean and stock assigned station areas, and support additional duties as directed by management. Deliver Superstar Service by consistently exceeding guest service guidelines and maintaining high personal integrity. Be on your feet for the duration of your daily schedule, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and work around machinery producing heat.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual skills
- Previous cash handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal skills
- Ability to lift, pull and push minimum of 20 pounds up to 30 pounds
- Overhead lifting capability
- Ability to be on feet for duration of daily schedule
- Ability to walk medium distances, kneel, bend, stoop, grab, reach, pinch, fold and pick
- Ability to adjust focus
- Ability to wear safety equipment such as non-slip shoes, gloves and apron
- Ability to work around machinery producing heat
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
