Job Summary
Prepare products according to operational standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Deliver great and friendly guest experiences by resolving problems with a sense of urgency and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Adhere to brand and quality standards, including safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, while keeping the work area stocked and clean. Work primarily in mornings and weekends, filling 2-3 shifts weekly, with the potential for development into restaurant management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt. Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes and nonslip shoes
- Must follow all safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines including compliance with all applicable laws
- Must adhere to established Brand and Quality Brand Group LLC standards and systems
- Must arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
- Must demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests
- Must follow the communication guideline established in your store
- Must respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Must hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
- Must dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks
- Must view our guests as our highest priority
- Must feel empowered to respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
- Must maintain a clean and neat work environment, including stocking, taking trash and cardboard out, and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms as directed
