Job Summary
Crew Members deliver friendly guest experiences, prepare products to operational and quality standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced Dunkin’ restaurant environment. They work as part of a team to meet guest needs and provide a positive experience, adhering to safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean work area, and following brand standards. Responsibilities include promoting a positive team environment, being punctual, following communication guidelines, responding to coaching, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math, operating standard equipment, and supporting opportunities for growth into restaurant management. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, learning, and adherence to uniform standards and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
