Job Summary
Delivers excellent service, prepares pizzas and other menu items, measures ingredients, follows safe food-prep procedures, assists with bagging and tagging orders, delivers to customers and drivers, greets customers and takes orders, upsells additional products, masters POS systems for order processing, communicates clearly with management and team members, handles currency quickly and accurately, builds loyal customers through friendly interactions, supports management with cross-training and problem-solving, maintains clean and organized work areas, transfers supplies between storage and work areas, and performs other duties as assigned. Company-wide responsibilities include promoting policies, ensuring attendance, providing/receiving feedback, maintaining communication with coworkers, serving as a resource, cross-training, and upkeep of a clean work environment, while keeping information confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to pass applicable background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
