Job Summary
Delivers excellent service and food-quality standards at a Domino's Pizza franchise. Responsibilities include preparing pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients, following safe food prep procedures, bagging and tagging orders, delivering to customers’ cars or to drivers, handling in-person and phone orders, upselling additional products, mastering POS systems, processing payments accurately, communicating effectively with customers and team members, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, and supporting store operations and management as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cash handling and monetary change accuracy
- Ability to use POS systems and process orders
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Team collaboration and cross-training attitude
- Prior experience in fast-paced restaurant environment (preferable)
