Job Summary
Delivers excellent service and maintains image standards while preparing pizzas and other menu items. Follows safe food preparation procedures, assists with bagging and tagging orders, and delivers items to customers or delivery drivers. Provides professional customer interactions, answers questions about menu and specials, and may upsell additional products. Must be able to operate POS systems, handle currency accurately, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Works collaboratively with management and teammates to maintain high customer satisfaction and supports company-wide responsibilities such as attendance, communication, and confidentiality. Requires being at least 16 years old and able to pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Be no less than 16 years of age
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to take orders over the counter or phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle currency and make correct monetary change
- Knowledge of POS computer systems for automated order taking
- Willingness to adhere to quality standards, guidelines and policies
- Capacity to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
