Job Summary
Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items, measures ingredients, follows safe food preparation procedures, assists with bagging/tagging orders, and runs food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers. Welcomes customers in person or by phone, provides information on menu and specials, and upsells additional products. Masters POS systems for automated order taking, communicates clearly with management and teammates, handles currency and transactions accurately, and builds loyal customers through friendly interactions. Maintains cleanliness and stock, transfers supplies as needed, and ensures supervisor is aware of shortages. Follows company policies and participates in cross-training and teamwork to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate a computer/POS system
- Accurate cash handling and making correct monetary change
- Ability to provide friendly interactions and upsell menu items
- Ability to take and process orders over the counter or by phone
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ability to transfer supplies and tools between storage and work areas
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards
- Adaptability and willingness to perform other duties as assigned
