Job Summary
Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Essential duties include preparing a variety of pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients, following safe food preparation procedures, assisting with bagging and tagging orders, delivering to customers’ cars or to delivery drivers, greeting customers, taking orders professionally, and upselling additional products. Operates the POS system, handles currency and transactions accurately, builds loyal customers through friendly interactions, resolves complaints promptly, and maintains clean, well-stocked workstations. Supports company-wide responsibilities such as attendance, communication with teammates, cross-training, and maintaining confidentiality in line with policies. Must meet minimum age requirement and pass background checks. Maintains accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively with management and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Be no less than sixteen (16) years of age
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to take and process orders, providing professional customer service
- Basic arithmetic for accurate monetary change
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies
