Job Summary
Delivers excellent service and maintains food and image standards by preparing pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients, and following safe food-handling procedures. Manages customer interactions, takes orders via phone or in person, and assists with bagging, tagging, and delivering to customers or drivers. Uses POS for transactions, handles currency accurately, and looks for opportunities to up-sell. Maintains clean and stocked workstations, communicates with management and teammates, and supports company policies. Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
