Delivers excellent service and maintains high customer satisfaction by preparing pizzas and menu items, measuring ingredients, following food safety procedures, handling orders, and assisting with bagging, tagging, and delivering to customers or drivers. Maintains POS proficiency, handles currency and credit transactions, greets customers, up-sells additional products, and communicates effectively with management and teammates while upholding company policies and quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned and supports team-wide responsibilities such as attendance, feedback, organization, confidentiality, and cross-training.
