Job Summary
Crew Member (Pizza Maker & Expeditors) at Domino's Pizza franchise in Falls Church, VA. Delivers excellent service, prepares pizzas and menu items, measures ingredients, handles orders and payments, upsells additional products, operates POS systems, and maintains clean, organized work areas. Responsibilities include taking orders, greeting customers, assisting delivery drivers, providing accurate change, resolving customer issues professionally, cross-training, and supporting store-wide policies and teamwork. Requires readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass background checks, with a focus on customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be no less than Sixteen (16) years of age
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers
- Superb ability to multi-task
- Ability to function in a dynamic, fasted paced environment
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to take orders over the counter or phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change
