Job Summary
Delivers excellent service, product, and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients and following safe food preparation procedures. Greets customers in person or via phone to take orders professionally, masters Point of Sale systems for automated order taking, and handles currency and credit transactions accurately. Runs food out to customer cars or delivery drivers while bagging and tagging orders. Cleans, stocks, and restocks work stations, transfers supplies between storage areas, and ensures supervisors are aware of food shortages. Resolves complaints promptly, up-sells additional products, and communicates clearly with management and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Be no less than Sixteen (16) years of age
- Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb ability to multi-task
- Ability to function in a dynamic, fasted paced environment
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to take orders over the counter or phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
