Job Summary
Delivers excellent service and contributes to Domino’s image by performing essential duties: preparing pizzas and menu items, measuring ingredients, adhering to safe food handling procedures, assisting with bagging/tagging orders, delivering to customers or drivers, greeting customers, taking orders professionally, and providing information on menu and specials. Responsibilities include upselling products, mastering POS systems, clear communication with management and teammates, accurate currency handling, building loyal customers through friendly interactions, resolving complaints professionally, maintaining clean and stocked work areas, transferring supplies, labeling products, and ensuring awareness of food shortages. Also involves following company policies, maintaining attendance, giving/receiving feedback, collaborating with coworkers, cross-training, working with management to solve problems, and upholding confidentiality. Required to be 16+ years old with ability to pass background checks and demonstrate strong math, customer service, and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
