Job Summary
Prepare food consistent with high quality standards while maintaining a noticeably cleaner restaurant environment. Work alongside a team of 3-4 members to interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience in a fast-paced atmosphere. Multitask with a sense of urgency to deliver top quality products and service, adhering to all food safety knowledge and training programs. Participate in scheduled shifts with flexible hours, meeting reliability requirements for an hourly wage of $14 to $15 plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Food safety knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience (preferred)
