Job Summary
Create food consistent with high quality standards and maintain the restaurant noticeably cleaner than others. Effectively work alongside a team of 3-4 members while interfacing with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere with a sense of urgency, ensuring all food safety protocols are met. Participate in all training programs and meet schedule requirements as a reliable performer. This hourly role offers a wage between $16 to $17 plus tips, with opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Food safety knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience (preferred)
