Job Summary
Create food consistent with high quality standards while maintaining a noticeably cleaner restaurant environment. Effectively work alongside a team of 3-4 members to provide customers with top quality products and service in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere. Interface with guests to deliver an exceptional experience, multitasking with a sense of urgency. Participate in all training programs and meet schedule requirements as a reliable performer. This role offers a competitive hourly wage between $16 to $17 plus tips, with opportunities for career advancement and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Food safety knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience (preferred)
