Job Summary
Prepare food consistent with high quality standards while maintaining a noticeably cleaner restaurant environment. Work alongside a team of 3-4 members to interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere. Multitask with a sense of urgency to meet schedule requirements and participate in all training programs. This role offers an hourly wage plus tips, flexible scheduling, and free employee meals during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge
- Food safety knowledge
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
