Job Summary
Crew Member at a Papa Murphy's Midwest franchise location: responsible for all duties of counter person/pizza maker, including working all counter stations, reading and using guest checks, preparing products per portion charts and prescribed procedures, interacting with guests, wrapping pizzas and confirming orders, providing baking instructions, delivering orders within a 6-minute door-to-door service time, assisting guests with carrying pizzas to cars, keeping area clean and stocked, following sanitation and food handling procedures, and performing opening/closing/change-of-shift duties as directed. May also perform duties of a Cashier or Prep Person; may be asked to perform runner/restock or dish duties. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Knowledge/skills: reading, writing, speaking, basic math, attendance, positive relationships with staff and guests. Physical: ability to bend/move throughout shift and lift up to 30 pounds. This role may require working at multiple stations and handling diverse tasks as assigned.
