Job Summary
Conduct all counter and pizza maker duties by working scramble or station systems while maintaining proper uniform and sanitation standards. Prepare products per portion charts, wrap pizzas, and repeat orders to guests within 6-minute door-to-door service windows. Provide baking instructions, assist with carrying pizzas, and keep assigned areas neat and well-stocked. Perform runner, dish, cashier, or prep person tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Complete opening, closing, and shift change duties while following all safety procedures. Requires ability to lift 30-pound pans, read guest checks, and communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location.
- Basic math skills required.
- Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance at work.
- Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time.
- Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests.
- Position requires bending and movement the entire workday.
- Must be able to lift full pans weighing 30 pounds to shoulder height.
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and refilling stock.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
