Job Summary
Greet guests, handle phone and online orders, and present pizzas within three minutes while maintaining a clean, stocked front-of-house area. Wrap pizzas properly, assist with menu selections and add-on sales, and process cash, credit card, and food stamp transactions accurately. In the back of house, mix dough, sheet and wrap crusts, store products according to portion charts, and rotate inventory to ensure quality. Perform runner or dish person duties as directed, adhere to sanitation and safety standards, and maintain a neat uniform. This role supports the franchise's core values of Quality, Service, Integrity, and Team Work, with a maximum expected hourly rate of $20.55 including tips.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
