Job Summary
Greet guests, handle phone and online orders, and present pizzas within the 3-minute door-to-door service time. Work counter stations, wrap pizzas, and process cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transactions while following proper void and refund procedures. Maintain assigned areas, restock products, and rotate inventory to ensure quality. Perform kitchen tasks such as mixing dough, sheeting crusts, and operating mixers, sheeters, and dicers as needed. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and performance standards while wearing a clean uniform and maintaining punctual attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
