Job Summary
As a Crew Member, you will engage customers by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions, and explain Loyalty and Rewards programs. Key responsibilities include guiding vehicles safely into the car wash, inspecting them for damage, and operating equipment safely. You'll also perform cleaning tasks for general upkeep and follow company policies. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Competitive pay starts at $11.25 per hour, and opportunities for advancement and benefits are available for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to pass a contingent background screening
