Job Summary
As a Crew Member, you will greet and engage customers, providing high-level customer service and demonstrating knowledge of wash packages and promotions. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicles are in proper condition, guiding customers safely, utilizing equipment and chemicals responsibly, and performing cleaning tasks. You should display excellent customer service skills, work as part of a team, and be able to work in varying outdoor conditions. The position offers competitive pay of $11.25 per hour and includes benefits such as PTO, 401K, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
