Job Summary
The Crew Member at Spotless Brands is responsible for delivering a high-quality car wash experience, operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting customer service needs. This versatile role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to various tasks including vacuuming, vehicle guidance, and assisting at the kiosk. Candidates should have a working knowledge of car wash operations and be able to lift 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
