Job Summary
As a Crew Member, you will greet and engage customers, deliver exceptional customer service, and demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and loyalty programs. Responsibilities include guiding customers in and out of the car wash, ensuring proper vehicle condition, safely utilizing car wash equipment, performing cleaning tasks, and adhering to company rules. You will support a positive customer experience, work effectively as a team player, and handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to pass a contingent background screening
