Job Summary
The Crew Member is responsible for customer service tasks including greeting guests, handling orders, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean workspace. Responsibilities also include following food safety standards, completing tasks efficiently, and assisting guests with their needs. Qualifications include effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic math skills. Preferred qualifications are a food handler's card and/or Serve Safe certification. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing cleaning duties.
