Job Summary
As a Moe's Crew Member, you'll provide excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced Moe's environment, interact with guests with enthusiasm, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests, being punctual and reliable, maintaining a neat appearance, effective communication, multi-tasking, and working with restaurant equipment. The role involves standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following Sterling policies and procedures. You will report to the General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Leaders and participate in a tip pool with opportunities for career advancement.
