Job Summary
Greet guests with enthusiasm, maintain a pleasant and upbeat atmosphere, and provide excellent customer service as the primary focus. Interact with patrons in a polite manner while ensuring punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability. Manage tasks that involve prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, while operating hot, cold, and hazardous restaurant equipment safely. Work under the supervision of General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders to complete performance objectives in accordance with company policies. Maintain a harmonious environment that maximizes team morale and productivity. No late nights.
