Job Summary
The Crew Member serves as the customer-facing representative at Leonard Management McDonald's. Responsibilities include serving customers, preparing food and beverages, taking customer orders, providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, cleaning the restaurant, stocking products, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. Prior restaurant experience and experience handling cash transactions are preferred but not required. The position offers flexible hours, a great working environment, and excellent advancement opportunities.
