Job Summary
Crew Member at Wendy's responsible for delivering friendly guest service, handling orders, assisting with menu options, cash handling, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Must support a fast-paced dining environment, work as part of a team, and participate in opening/closing tasks, training, and various duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required by the role
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly as part of job duties
