Crew Member - Maintenance (50404)

Conduct daily landscape maintenance including mowing turf, edging, blowing, pruning shrubs and low tree branches, planting and maintaining flower beds, laying sod, and pulling weeds. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment for duties such as digging trenches, moving soil and materials, and applying mulch. Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned on jobsites. This role supports Juniper's mission to design, build, and maintain the best landscaping in the Southeast through a culture that welcomes, grows, and celebrates its team members.
