Crew Member - Maintenance (49773)

Crew Members perform landscape maintenance on jobsites with safe, quality workmanship. Responsibilities include mowing turf, edging, blowing, pruning shrubs and low tree branches, planting and maintaining flower beds, laying sod, pulling weeds, applying mulch, picking up debris, and using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties. Duties also include digging trenches and holes, moving soil, equipment, and materials, and performing miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned, supporting Juniper’s Southeast landscape design, build, and management teams. Experience with outdoor, physical labor and teamwork to maintain the best landscaping in the industry is implied by the role and responsibilities.
