Job Summary
Crew Member for construction-support team in Arvada/Wilson area, assisting on-ground crews with tools and heavy materials, flagging traffic, assisting with setting poles, clearing right-of-way, and handling tasks that require manual labor and physical endurance. Requires ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in all weather conditions, and communicate effectively with coworkers. Valid driver's license and insurability are required; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. 40-hour work week with typical Monday–Friday hours and possible overtime/weekend as project requirements dictate.
