Job Summary
Prepare high-quality product by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and procedures. Clean and organize work stations and assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards. Follow safety, security, and conduct policies as defined in the training program. Assist management by managing transactions efficiently, interacting with customers in a friendly manner, and providing assistance as needed. This role requires physical work including lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for long periods. You will receive instruction on making pizza from scratch and thorough training in all store procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to express a positive attitude towards others
- The ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- The ability to reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground
- The ability to communicate to customers and co-workers (i.e., reading, speaking, hearing, writing)
- The ability to understand directions and product specifications
- Willingness to cross train and operate surrounding stations as needed
