Restaurant Crew Member responsibilities include greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, operating the cash register, communicating order details to the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dining area and restrooms, providing excellent customer service, assisting in food preparation and packaging, complying with health/sanitation policies, participating in inventory/restocking, and assisting with setup/closing procedures. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, honesty, strong customer service and communication skills, teamwork, adaptability to multi-role duties in a fast-paced environment, and must be 18+ with legal authority to work in the USA; prior fast-food or fried-food experience is preferred.
