Job Summary
Assist with commercial landscape installation projects including planting trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and other materials. Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely while performing irrigation installation, trenching, grading, and site preparation. Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites by performing routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment. Work closely with Crew Leaders and team members to complete projects efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and meet daily production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical labor including bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, digging, and carrying materials throughout the workday
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Flexibility to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of landscape installation, construction, or outdoor labor experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
