Crew member/Laborer

Job Summary
Crew members install, maintain and repair sediment and erosion control measures (e.g. silt fence, inlet protection, turbidity barriers) at construction sites; operate hand and power tools, drive company vehicle/trailer, and travel to site locations in the Freeport area and surrounding regions. They work outdoors in the sun, may require extended hours and weekends, and must lift up to 50 pounds; responsibilities include estimating time for work orders, monitoring progress, and performing other duties as assigned. Preference for experience with BMPs and erosion control installations; teamwork and independence required.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience with construction phases, landscaping, or similar field experience.
