Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry and exit, take orders via phone or in-person, and operate the cash register to collect payments and make change. Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches while strictly adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and sanitation standards across all restaurant surfaces. Complete delivery tickets for phone orders and fill out systems with 100% accuracy. Maintain a professional appearance and display a positive, enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Fluently speak, read, and write English, and perform basic math operations. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional climbing and balancing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly
- Ability to use basic math, addition and subtraction, understand basic fractions
- Must be able to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds
